Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Growthstory's website, the MCP connector, the client portal, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Growthstory AI Inc. If we've signed a separate agreement with you — a master services agreement, statement of work, or order form — that signed agreement governs, and these terms fill any gaps.

Using the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and as described here or in your agreement. You're responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your access credentials secure, and for the accuracy of what you submit. Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or anyone else's data.

Accounts

The client portal is invitation-based. A free MCP account can be created by verifying a work email. You must give accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend an account for a violation of these terms or to protect the Services or other customers.

Your data, and ours

You keep ownership of the data and materials you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Services for you — to store, process, and act on that data to deliver what you've asked for. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy notice and our Trust Center. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train models.

Work product

Deliverables we create for you under an engagement are yours as set out in your agreement, and engagement integrations are built to be client-owned. Growthstory keeps ownership of its own methods, tooling, templates, and pre-existing materials, and of anything we build that isn't specific to your engagement.

Fees

Fees, scope, and payment terms live in your order form, statement of work, or the portal checkout — not on this page. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are due as stated there, and amounts already earned are non-refundable.

Service availability

We work to keep the Services available and dependable, and we publish our operational posture in the Trust Center. The Services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, except any we state expressly in a signed agreement. We're an early-stage company and we say so plainly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Growthstory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We can suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or your agreement. On termination, the sections meant to survive — ownership, fees owed, disclaimers, and limits of liability — continue to apply. Data deletion on termination follows our retention and deletion policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Services change. We'll update the date above, and material changes will be reflected here. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Indiana, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
